I liked the teamwork involved. Each person in the group had their own role and we couldn't function fully without all the working parts. It was a great for teaching teamwork and I met some really talented people!
What I wish was different
I wish the program was longer! It was so much fun, I didn't want it to end. I also wish that my group had been able to meet in person, but that wasn't entirely possible with COVID and with some of us being across the country.
Advice
Meet as a group more often than you think. Starting out the program, we barely met once a week. In reality, we should have been meeting like every other day since the program was only about a month long.
