I loved working at Boston Women's Fund! The environment was kind and inclusive and the work was meaningful. I appreciated the opportunity to learn about Boston's hardworking nonprofit community and participate in projects that were engaging and enlightening.

Pick projects that interest and excite you! There is a lot of opportunity to work independently on programs that matter. Don't be afraid to speak up and act as a valuable member of the team.

What I liked
I'm glad I had the opportunity to learn about supporting underfunded projects in Boston. I learned a ton about how nonprofits operate. The women I worked with were kind, welcoming, and supportive.
