I loved getting to know the students at the program and seeing them grow academically and mentally over the month and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much we were able to accomplish in such a short time: classwork, homework, extra-curricular activities, group projects, coaching sessions, volunteering.
What I wish was different
The scheduling and floor assignments for the residential tutors in the boys tower could have been better.
Advice
Ask specific questions about what is expected of you. Then, only worry about meeting THAT. Anything more is at your discretion and at your own risk of being stretched thin.
