I liked how I got to improve on my interpersonal skills by educating the public about infectious diseases such as STIs, vaccines, and mosquito-borne illnesses. I alao got to collaborate with other Boston Public Health Commission staff and help them with projects while learning about what they do.
What I wish was different
Advice
Try something that you think might be interested in, even if you're not sure if you might like it. You might discover that you might actually like it or you actually don't. Also, network as much as possible.
