The work environment is extremely friendly and everyone wants to see you succeed. There was never any pressure that I was incompetent and couldn't do the work. My manager and coworkers were eager to teach me new things and help me apply what I learned in school to my job.
What I wish was different
I wish it was longer and that I had marked my end date clearly. It would have helped with how I paced myself with my projects
Advice
Take advantage of lunch time opportunities to make connections. Make connections outside of your department as well and do not hesitate to ever ask a question. You are there to learn
