“This was the first internship I had, so I wasn't sure what to expect, all I knew was that I have to learn everything I can in the span of 3 months. In the span of three months, I was given a task to update the GIS system for the city, work on the CAD drawings, and work on a bit of the land development sector. Amongst the tasks that I was given, I enjoyed working on updating the GIS system using old and new As-built drawings, google maps, or sometimes going on the field and inputting the data via the iPad. ”
