About Borgen Project

From CNN to The Huffington Post, the world is talking about the innovative movement that is downsizing global poverty. The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nation on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. This nonprofit organization is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. foreign policy.

All of our internship programs provide experience in advocacy, mobilizing and fundraising, coupled with real industry exposure and an insight into the nonprofit world.

Each internship program has a dedicated manager who will guide you through your program, ensuring key weekly objectives are met, along with additional orientation, 101 training sessions and check-in calls.
