The people are very passionate about the work they do and they are doing amazing work. They have a vision to make lung cancer a chronically managed disease and have a direct path to get there.
What I wish was different
A larger team. All the team members are always swamped with work. I think they need to expand and that way they can make their impact even larger.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for more work. Get creative and think of ways that you can make up a new project or find a way that you can leave a mark on the organization.
