I enjoyed the company of the friends I made, which really helped me learn quickly and help the time go by. I liked working hard and enjoying the fruits of my labor, and interacting with customers.
What I wish was different
I wish I knew more about the minor chores and duties I had to complete in addition as my primary role as an ice cream server. I had to slowly pick these up as I went, with the help of more experienced colleagues.

Give yourself time to adjust to new things, and embrace opportunities as they come.
