We were allocated to another department because of time constraints for a project. We weren't doing what we were told initially we would be doing. I wish we would had worked on what they wanted us to from the start

I liked the team I worked with. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
What I wish was different
I wish I asked more questions about how the system worked in the beginning, the knowledge would have helped me in the later months.
Advice
Learn as much as you can about how the system works in the beginning, it will pay dividends later on when you are writing software that has to work with the system.
