The work environment! All of my coworkers, both managers and other counselors, were so amazing to work with! I also really enjoyed all of the resources we had through the park district.

More opportunities to connect with parents maybe? Overall I thought this program was really well organized and a huge part of our community.
Advice
Working at a summer camp may be a college cliche, however you will get so much out of it if you put a lot in.
