What I liked
This job is great for students. It allows you to be apart of the Boise State community, along with meeting other students. All of the co-workers are nice and helpful, and for the busy student when it is quiet at the front desk it's a great time to get homework done.
What I wish was different
I don't think anything. The staff is very helpful if there are problems but there has not been.
Advice
There is a slight learning curve in the beginning learning how everything works, but nothing that anyone cannot master within the first week. I would also suggest to being open to meeting and getting to know everyone at Boise State and creating connections!

I really like the environment that I get to work in. I love my coworkers as well as my supervisors. You also get to make a positive impact on students who live on campus. This job has given me so many experiences that I would not have expected to get.
