Non-stressful work environment, comfortable and reasonable tasks, very good communication, feels good to help people without having to cut any corners.
What I wish was different
better initial training (has been improved), better pay, less restriction on student employees

Never hesitate to ask questions if you're even a bit unsure of something, it's helpful for everyone involved and you usually get good answers.
