What I liked

I enjoy solving problems, and fixing technology around the library.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a login for SCCM and Active Directory which manages the applications, computer accounts, and user accounts within the library network.

Advice

Always do your best when pulling network cable. Don't cut corners and make sure you have enough length so you don't have to pull a second time.
