Child Care Provider

What I liked

The job pays well and the hours are fairly consistent. The Program coordinator is very involved with all of the employees, and would check in regularly to make sure that all was well. The program is well-structured so you can know what to expect when you are sent to another site.

What I wish was different

I only had a poor experience at one site, and that was because a site-coordinator was consistently unkind to the children and their coworkers. I believe that this coordinator may be gone at this point.

Advice

Open communication with a site-coordinator is vital to a positive experience at Just for Kids. They value teamwork, so if you accept requests to take another person's shift and make sure to always be on time, you will be rewarded with a regular schedule at a single site.
