I loved the culture of the company and how collaborative every team was. There were so many opportunities to contribute my ideas and even lead my own projects!

Advice
Ask questions! Many teams are cross-functional so there are so many opportunities to learn and grow in whatever areas you're willing to explore! Take the opportunity to ask everyone about their roles and to teach you a little about what they do in their day-to-day.
