Got a feel for what it's really like working at Bohler, the environment is great with well-rounded employees. I got to experience many sides of the design site plan process that I didn't have much expertise on before and strengthen many skills used in the workplace. They gave a wide variety of project that I got to work on and made me feel apart of a team.
What I wish was different
Advice
Take every opportunity to ask questions bout the company and to get to know the other employees. Who works there is a great way to tell the environment of the office and company.

I loved my coworkers, how much I learned, and how integrated I was into real time projects.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to get out of the office a bit more to go on site visits.
Advice
Just because it is an internship doesn't mean you won't be doing hands on work, so come prepared to work and learn!

I worked on actual projects and a lot of the concept designs and calculations I worked on got sent to reviewers for approval.
