Working at the Chapel is a great way to grow closer to the Lord and make some lifelong friends. If you want to go into missions, this is a great way to start. You will work hard, be challenged, and learn a lot.
What I wish was different
I would love to see a larger staff in the future, the past couple of years the staff has been much smaller. The Chapel could really use some staff that have a drive and heart for evangelism.
Advice
Be ready to face adversity and challenges, trust that God can work through anything.
