I like the environment and how everyone there is good friends. It is a competitive atmosphere but in a friendly way that pushes everyone to try and become better.

Advice
One piece of advice I would like to share is to network and get to know the people around you. A lot of people have valuable stories and opportunities to share with and networking with them is very important.
