The BMO atmosphere is welcoming and supportive in all areas of the bank. I enjoyed the campus recruitment events which helped expand my networking skills and give me an opportunity to meet other interns throughout the various departments.

Advice
As a virtual internship, this experience taught me alot about time management and individual goals. I was directly responsible for my schedule and how I completed my tasks. In that sense, it was still required to follow a 8-5 work schedule.

Always keep your personal life separate from work. Work stress should never meld with your day to day life. If you bring home the work stress it’s only going to make things worse.
