I really liked the cohort, which helped develop me with like-minded peers in the healthcare field.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been able to explore more of the Kansas City community.
Advice
I would advise students to make sure to have executive presence and professionalism throughout the interview to secure a spot in the institute, as well as maintain that presence throughout the internship experience to be invited back for phase II during the subsequent summer.
