Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Whenever I needed help with anything or had questions, there was always someone around to help me. If you wanted to even try different roles, there was room to do so and someone happy to train you.
What I wish was different
I had to be trained for 2 straight days and I was a part-time employee. I wish that I would've been able to be let go to try to do my job as it was pretty straight forward to what my job was as a package picker.
Advice
Don't be afraid to find another role in this company that you feel would fit you. During my last couple weeks working at Blue Star, there were already a lot of package pickers so I was moved making boxes and the other workers that were making boxes with me were very open to conversation and we got along pretty well.

Warehouse Worker

What I liked
I was going to begin a Co-Op at Rheem Manufacturing in August and this job truly gave me the appreciation I needed for my future position. The job taught how to work hard and not complain and I will not forget it.
What I wish was different
The work was pretty strenuous at times, but that is the nature of the work so I can't really complain.
