What I liked

They get the interns quickly involved, and you do the same amount of work as a full-time employee. The culture is really nice.

What I wish was different

At times it can be boring. A big company like BlueCross isn't necessarily quick and innovative, though they're trying to get better.

Advice

Attend the events they open to interns. Any meeting or experience that they'll let you go to, go to it.

Change control processes required me to spend a lot of time on paperwork instead of programming, and the application process was confusing.
