What I liked
The interns were taken seriously by the coworkers, and it was a very self-driven experience. There were many opportunities for networking, as well as for continued learning. Overall, a very positive work environment.
What I wish was different
Sometimes, work was a little bit slow (the program had only just gotten started that summer).
Advice
Take every opportunity that you are given—BCBS worked really hard to give the interns every chance to succeed and to learn.
