Develop a thick skin. Being a manager is tough and you're going to receive negative feedback and you just have to learn to accept it. All feedback is good feedback, and should be treated like a gift. Not many people will actually tell you if you're doing something wrong until it's too late, so the honesty someone is giving you is very special and you should hold onto it.
