I liked the planning process of coming up with fun activities and projects. Seeing the excitement on the kids' faces was a great motivator to wake up every morning.
What I wish was different
I wish staffing was a bit more organized. Some days I'd be left alone with twenty kids. It would have been extremely helpful to have three staff members to a group of kids rather than two.
Advice
You need to like kids if you are considering working for Prime Time. The pay and hours are great, however, it can be draining and tiring. I will say it is a great learning experience because you are exposing yourself to different backgrounds and you have yo learn to adapt to different types of personalities.
