Really great team building morale. Awesome opportunity to move get different experiences on different teams. Lunch every friday (when I worked there), great start up attitude. Direct leadership takes time to listen to you and your thoughts. Leaders lead by example. Would return to work here again.
What I wish was different
More communication between teams when processes change, increased transparency from senior leadership.
Advice
Awesome place to work and get solid office experience, or make a career out of it. The opportunity will be what you make of it. I still know 4-5 people who made their business bones from their positions there and love it.
