Everyday at Blue Hill was an immense learning experience. I was able to explore various operations at the restaurant, that weren't exactly included in the job description. It was an incredible work environment filled with even fascinating, intelligent people.
What I wish was different
I wish I had could have expanded the scope of my project to do more influential work. I also would've loved the opportunity to talk to more people about my experience.
Advice
This is a very intensive internship experience, but incredibly rewarding. It is essential that you're interested in the goals and messages of Blue Hill.
