My manager was really nice before she got fired by the owner. The ice cream is delicious.
What I wish was different
The owner, Jason, is super strict and controlling. He fired my manager who was a cancer survivor and has a baby for taking a sick day to go to the doctor. He then fired me and the entire staff all at once. Why? Well, as a benefit, we each got a cup of ice cream a day. We had decided to start trading our free scoops with the chicken restaurant next door. This was fine with our manager, and Jason had never told us not to before.
Advice
DO NOT WORK HERE. It is 100% not worth it for the crazy owner. For 7.50 an hour??? Absolutely not.
