Entry level engineers begin their careers with basic design tasks and inspection duties, with the supervision of senior level engineers along the way. This can quickly evolve into large scale tasks including but not limited to building modeling, project management, and developing client relationships; all depending on the engineer’s effort and capabilities. Your growth within BNI is limited only by your passion and drive.
Backed by a team of over 90 members, incoming engineers are quickly immersed into their new careers. BNI’s fast paced and ‘hands on’ approach allows for engineers to grow both professionally and technically. With open floor plans and a family atmosphere, young engineers are always able to engage with fellow colleagues, including senior engineers and principals. The development of young talent is always a priority and BNI has invested heavily in the latest engineering software, in-house spreadsheets, and BIM technology to make this a reality.
