What I liked

My team was so supportive and responsive, and there were so many opportunities to stay engaged. You can really get what you want out of the role -- you just have to take the initiative to do so! Plus, since B/R is under Warner Media, the perks were amazing.

What I wish was different

I wish the internship didn't have to be remote, but the team did such an incredible job of keeping me engaged nonetheless!

Advice

ASK QUESTIONS. Before it's a sports-related company, it's a digital media company. And digital media was an entirely new world to me, so I really had to learn everything from the ground up.

Video Production Intern

What I liked

What I enjoyed about interning with Bleacher was that they treated me as if I were one of their employees rather just another intern. I also enjoyed the work environment as everyone was very friendly and treated others with respect. My absolute favorite part of the internship would be the work I did, from working live events streamed to Twitter to private shoots with Kyrie Irving. There was never a day I was not doing anything exciting.

What I wish was different

I wish it had been a little easier to find this internship as it took some searching online and I wasn't able to find it on Handshake.

Advice

I would say, don't be afraid to try new things, through this internship I lived in NYC and it was an awesome experience. I was a little timid at first but once I got into the swing of things it was great.
