I would highlight any academic accomplishments (degrees and certifications), overall intellect, understanding of the general business area overall (dependent upon your strategy), and be down-to-earth. People who work at Blackstone excel as much socially as they do in other aspects of their lives.

there is literally no formal training. This is a small company learning to be a big one and they lack in this area. It’s all on the job.
