What I liked

They paid for my housing, I was included on a developer team, and I was given real work to do. I felt valued and heard, and there were so many opportunities to learn from my peers and my manager. My manager met with me weekly one-on-one. I loved Charleston too!

What I liked

I loved being part of a team and having an assigned mentor for the summer. My manager met one-on-one with me every week, and I got to shadow people in other roles to learn even more. I participated in a company-wide hackathon, and my team got to present our project to multiple higher-ups. The program helped me meet other interns, and we got to do volunteer activities together. I really felt like part of the company.

They found a project that I could work on as my internship experience that was a great learning experience, and at the same provided real value to the company and team. Great balance between onboarding and core project work.

What I liked

The culture. They had a free gym, a cafeteria, cheap Starbucks and free cold brew coffee & kombucha on tap. The teams were social and friendly, while also hardworking.
