Great place to learn. Receive a broad array of clients and are exposed to many different aspects of tax. Very challenging but rewarding. Great at feedback.

Advice
Go into it willing to learn and be like a sponge, just try absorb everything thrown at you. Be patient with yourself. There will always be a learning curve with any new job.
