I loved the sense of community, I got to know everyone there in a personal level. Since it is a smaller company, I got to be hands on with just about everything there and figure out all the quirks with each piece of equipment. I felt like I became very knowledgeable about their production line very quickly.
What I wish was different
The workers sometimes felt differently about a problem than the owners so conflict would arise/the problem would not get solved efficiently because either side was too stubborn to make compromises.
Advice
This job is very rewarding, all you need to do is come in with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and it will feel good to be there.
