The office is set up like a collaborative studio. Each person within the firm is always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance for projects I worked on. I always had some work to keep me busy if I completed more urgent tasks.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the opportunity to accompany co-workers on more site visits for projects.

Don't be afraid to ask for help if you're unsure about anything you're given to work on.
