DSD Excellence Co-Op

July - December 2018 • Wayne, NJ

What I liked

I liked the responsibility that my boss entrusted in me. I made my own goals and was sure to make active efforts to reach them, whether they be daily, weekly, or monthly goals.

What I wish was different

I was working directly with one of our c-store customers, which was very informative, but if I had to change one thing I would be working along side a bigger, more profit driving customer.

Advice

Try everything. Ask questions and seriously inquire about anything you want to try. Most supervisors will like the initiative and the interest you show will prove to them you’re engaged and want to drive the business.
