Verso and BillerudKorsnäs have completed their merger and are officially one company. Together, we are building a company that is passionately committed to a strong safety culture, sustainability, superior quality and delivering value to our customers. The company will be renamed as “Billerud” in the near future and we will operate under a new brand that reflects this exciting new chapter in our journey.
