What I liked
I love the environment and people I work with. This job really got me comfortable with talking to random people and making them feel wanted and listened too.
What I wish was different
I wish the AC didn't break for 3 months and that we were paid on commission.
Advice
If you are looking for help from someone make a connection to them by vesting an interest in them before you ask them to help you.

What I liked
I loved having a higher position because it allowed me to push myself and work on new ways to lead a team and have higher sales.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been trained a little more. The beginning was kind of rocky trying to figure everything out but in the end it pushed me harder.
Advice
Don’t expect to get held by the hand. Employers will expect you to walk into the job with experience and if you can’t handle pressure and something new then you have to work on that. Being adaptable is the most important thing.
