Hands on experience and a good amount of responsibility on my work. Also was able to provide design input.

What I wish was different

Clarity and organization. Part of my job was to actually create ways to organize the team better which was a positive in itself.

It wasn't perfect, but I was grateful for all the aspects it taught me.
