What I liked
Working at Biggby coffee a wonderful job. You get to interact with all types of people, and when you work everyday you get to invest in relationships with people who you would never otherwise interact with.
What I wish was different
It is a hard and taxing job to work long hours, so it can be exhausting but you can still make a fairly large amount of hours.
Advice
You definitely have to love people to do this job, especially because when it comes to coffee because people can be very picky.

What I liked
I liked so much! The regulars that come in are the best people that I have ever met! It's so nice to be a part of a team that wants to spread a laugh to anyone who works there or comes through the door.
What I wish was different
There were a lot of expectations put on shift leaders. The store is in tip-top shape for the most part but we are the ones who make it that way. Sometimes the last person to know about a problem is the person causing the problem which is hard.
Advice
Go for it! There is so much art and happiness that can come from the job and for the most part there is a lot of acceptance from the workers.

I loved the community and environment it was a really fun and exciting place to work and gain connections.

I know you can't change this but, I wish I could have had a few more hours a week. Granted I did get a lot of hours for the job type and season.

Be happy and have fun it'll make the customer's day and create a better environment for everyone.

I like the independence and the people! I LOVE the coffee :) It's just really fun and rewarding work.

The pay could have been a bit better and sometimes how scheduling works is frustrating.
