I love the leadership at Big Thought and the opportunities that employees have to grow.
What I wish was different
The summer was longer, I thoroughly enjoyed working with the students and watching them grow. I also enjoy the cultural experiences that are granted to the students that attend the summer program, it's amazing.
Advice
Make sure you're surrounding yourself with positive people that can help you get to the next level.

What I liked
I loved working in a community very similar to the one I grew up in. I feel like a learned a good deal and my colleagues were great!
What I wish was different
I wish I would not have been so stressed about how things were going to turn out. It was a waste of mental energy, and completely unnecessary.
Advice
You will probably never know what you're doing in the beginning. That's okay. Roll with the punches, don't give up, use your previous experience and wisdom. You'll be fine!
