What I liked
Interning for Big Machine gives you the opportunity to learn how the largest independent record label in the world operates, and they have special panels for interns every week where you learn about different departments, so you get a little taste of everything!

Make the most of your time here! Big Machine is an incredible company, and the best and brightest in the music industry work for them. Meet everyone- they're all so nice and willing to help you!

What I liked
I loved the company and the people I got to meet through working at BMLG. Everyone was as kind as could be and wanted to help you in any way they could to get the most out of your experience and help you pursue your career goals.
What I wish was different
The internship itself was lacking the quicker pace at times I was expecting and the internship program seemed a bit unorganized but getting to make those connections were invaluable.
Advice
Get to know the people around you and don't be intimidated by working at an established label. You have nothing to lose by trying and putting yourself out there!
