I liked the close atmosphere with coworkers. Especially in the non-profit field, they are all working for the same cause and work together with lots of communication and respect for each other.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could've been given more insight into the company. A lot of the times it would be me asking for people to get me marketing materials instead of me being able to collect them on my own.
Advice
Always try and ask questions and when you feel like you aren't doing the work you want to be doing, ask them if you can help with that kind of project!
