The office environment was extremely friendly. People were more than willing to answer questions and take me through all the orientation steps. Huge opportunity for growth in terms of script coverage and learning the ins and outs of a small-scale production company.
What I wish was different

Advice
Be prepared to make reception mistakes in the first couple of weeks. Take your time when answering phones and make sure you get the caller's name right (even if you have to ask more than twice).
