It was an all around good opportunity. I got to see how construction worked and process and conflicts that arise in an industry.

What I liked
Hands-on experience in the field gave me additional insight. I learned how to coordinate and work with subcontractors that are obstinate.

I wish I had more opportunities to work on planning and communication for the project.

Any situation can be made into a situation where you thrive. There is a lot to learn from everybody and humility helps you learn and build lasting bridges.
