What I liked
I was given a large variety of tasks to work on. On any given day, I could be writing dam inspection reports, reviewing or creating construction documents, visiting sites, or crunching numbers in excel. The people are also lovely and made an effort to get to know me.
BG Consultants also truly cares about the small, rural communities they serve. While they do work with some larger municipalities, I could tell that the engineers at BG were committed to providing smaller cities with equal quality services. This company also emphasizes collaborative work which was great for me, because they have a great team of engineers.
