What I liked

I loved my coworkers, trainers, and supervisors. The ability to have multiple weeks for training was also a big help to learn the systems as we were all working from home.

What I wish was different

I wish that I could have had more mini-trainings throughout my first few weeks on the floor, but it was a very crazy time for the company and we were barely keeping up somedays.

Advice

Probably to better prepare myself to separate my personal time from work time. It can be difficult to walk away from everything that happens in a day of work when you're talking to so many people especially when it is negative.
