I really enjoyed getting to know the residents and forming relationships with them!
What I wish was different
It's a hard job that can be quite stressful, so the stress factor makes things more difficult.
Advice
Becoming a CNA is an awesome way to make money meanwhile creating relationships and learning lessons with people that you never would've thought.

The coworkers are very friendly and cooperative. The working environment is inviting. Staffs are greatly appreciated and are treated as Bethany family.
