My coworkers have been super supportive. We all work well together to achieve the goal of making sure things go smoothly as possible for each other and for the students. I have also enjoyed the experience of teaching and working with the students.
What I wish was different
Classes can be a whirlwind of activity with no proper break between classes. Also, the pay is a bit low and so it is important to figure out what you may want out of this job. Luckily my main goal was to gain experience and I've gotten a lot.
Advice
It is a steep learning curve on getting used to class management and learning the best way to teach different topics, but you will get there and once you start getting the hang of things that aspect becomes a lot easier.

I love working with kids and helping them improve on their work.

The business didn't treat its employees well to the point that it was borderline illegal, which was, in the end, why I left.
Advice
Always check for employee reviews of the company. They can reveal a lot about what actually goes on, especially in franchises.
